Giggleswick School General Information

Independent Schools

Giggleswick School is one of the UK’s leading independent schools. Situated within an hour’s drive from Manchester, Leeds, Harrogate, Clitheroe, Bolton and Preston. Although it is close to a number of huge catchment areas, the school is positioned in the heart of the Yorkshire dales, close to both Settle and Skipton. Although it is an independent school, it has been able to invest in the schools facilities extensively over the last 13 years with over £9 million spent on improving its first class academic and sporting facilities including a purpose built sports hall, Astroturf hockey pitch and recently the development of the stunning Richard Whiteley Theatre.
