 Open Afternoon 2017 May 2

Open Events provide an informal opportunity for families to look round the school and to hear the Headmaster speak about the opportunities we can offer your child, both inside and outside the classroom.

Our next Open Event will be held on:

Open Afternoon

Bank Holiday Monday 1 May

Our Open Afternoon on Bank Holiday enables you and your child to see a real day in action at Giggleswick. Current pupils and staff will be in school with our normal timetable running throughout the day.

The afternoon begins at 2.30pm with short presentations from our Headmaster, Mark Turnbull, and other members of senior teaching staff. There will also be the option to take a tour of the school and our stunning grounds. It’s a chance to see our extensive outdoor learning facilities including our swimming pool, Richard Whiteley Theatre, Chapel, mountain bike trail and our newly launched indoor climbing wall.

Tours are led by current pupils giving you and your child an opportunity to hear about the school from the eyes of someone who experiences life here on a day to day basis. There will also be refreshments available and opportunities to discuss the admissions process and ask questions before the day ends at 5:00pm.

For more information and to book your place call 01729 893000 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If you are unable to attend on this date, please do get in touch and we can arrange an individual visit or a taster day to suit you.
