Less than half a mile from Manchester city centre you will find the Grade II listed Victorian Building that is home to the Manchester Tennis and Racquet Club.
Apart from the club's name in the mouldings above the main entrance door on Blackfriars Road, you will be forgiven for missing this historical sporting venue. Once inside you will find a perfect example of a Victorian Sporting Club with many impressive original features that help make MTRC a real hidden gem.
Old Giggleswickians are invited to sample the atmosphere of the club during an evening of drinks and celebrations marking the Quincentenary of the School.
The event is free but we would be grateful if you would let us know that you intend to come. For more details please fill out the form below.
