Giggleswick School’s Easter Revision courses develop understanding and confidence by providing intensive revision of core topics, examination practice and help with study and revision skills.
The courses are taught by our own experienced teaching staff, many of whom are GCSE and A level examiners, and all of whom teach a wide range of academic ability in their specialist subjects on a daily basis.
Our revision courses are taught in small groups and the expectation is that students commit fully to an intensive period of working hard to consolidate knowledge and refine the techniques needed to achieve at GCSE.
When booking, we ask for detailed information about the topics being studied in the subject chosen and where students consider their weaknesses lie. This way we can highlight gaps in knowledge and skills, enabling our teachers to take into account specific needs and ability.
