Community

We are grateful for the numerous letters of support we have received from local groups and we look forward to sharing the Richard Whiteley Theatre with community groups and touring companies alike, as we believe that this is in line with our aims and objectives as a registered charity. We are in discussion with a number of potential partners about how best to achieve this and hope to attract support for additional outreach activities.

We already enjoy sharing many of the School’s other facilities, including our Sports Hall, pavilion and sports pitches with local schools and clubs and we hope that making the RWT available to others is indicative of our ongoing commitment to support and enhance our local community.
