Prep School (4-11)

Following your initial enquiry or prospectus request, we encourage families to visit us. This really is the best way to get a real feel for the School; its stunning setting, teaching and boarding facilities, and supportive community.

There are no formal entrance examinations required to join the Prep School. We prefer to meet each child individually and to invite them to spend a day with us to ensure that we are all confident that a Giggleswick education is the right choice for you and your child.

Pupils with specific learning difficulties may be accepted provided that the school is able to offer the level of specialist and general assistance required. There may be a charge for learning support.

After registering a place for your child, you may want to arrange a taster day for them. If you would like to book a taster, then please contact our Admissions Team.

On acceptance of a place, an entry deposit is required to secure the place. This amount is refunded, minus any accrued sundries, at the end of a pupil's career at Giggleswick. For international families, please contact our Admissions Team below.
