Set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Giggleswick's summer programme makes the most of the school's fantastic location and facilities with a range of courses for 7 to 18 year olds, led by experienced teachers, specialist instructors and professional coaches.

An engaging and hands-on four-day course learning bushcraft survival skills. Lead by our highly skilled and experienced CCF Contingent Commander Lt Col Darren Richmond, children will experience a wealth of activities in the rural location of Giggleswick School and its surrounding areas. Activities will include, shelter building, caveman ceramics, fire lighting, campfire cooking, woodcraft, and survival.

Sri Lankan test cricketer, Ashen Silva, will work with children to improve their individual skills and performance through games, match-play, drills, and technique analysis. Expert coaching and some of the best cricket facilities in the region ensure a first-class course to guarantee excellent progress in all aspects of their game.

Our new Director of Hockey and former national league hockey coach, Jamie O’Connell, will work with children to develop new skills that they may not have previously been exposed to, such as aerials, reverse hitting, chipping and more, all through gameplay and skill challenges.

Our new Director of Hockey and former national league hockey coach, Jamie O’Connell, will work with children to develop their gameplay. Sessions will focus on skill circuits, aiming to enhance their dribbling and goal scoring.
