Summer Immersion Programme

Experience life at Giggleswick

A four-week opportunity for international pupils aged 11-15 to become part of a British boarding school community, learning, living and exploring alongside Giggleswick pupils.

A real Giggleswick experience

More than a short course

Pupils become part of everyday school life: lessons, activities, boarding, friendships and weekends in one of England’s most distinctive school settings.

Three students work with clay at a table in a pottery studio filled with shelves of ceramics.

Academic immersion

Learn alongside our pupils

Students join the school community and follow a personalised programme designed around their age and ability. Orientation during the first week helps every pupil settle in before becoming fully immersed in school life. English develops through daily communication and classroom learning, enabling students to build confidence, strengthen their language skills and engage fully with the academic curriculum.

Beyond the classroom

School life, from morning to evening

Activities & sport

Take part in co-curricular life, traditional British sports and a wide range of school activities.

Boarding community

Live in one of our traditional boarding houses with dedicated pastoral support throughout the stay.

Trips & experiences

Travel and activities are organised as part of the programme, giving pupils opportunities to explore beyond the classroom.
