Giggleswick is celebrating an extraordinary double success in Paley House, where two pupils celebrate national success in their respective sports.

Sixth Form pupil Frasier recently dominated the British Enduro Motorcycle Racing Championship, taking 1st place in the Expert 125 category and 2nd overall in Expert. He then went on to compete at the Italian round of the EnduroGP World Championship, where he finished 9th on both days against the world’s top riders - an incredible achievement on the international stage.

Meanwhile, Jack has continued to make his mark on the running world. After being crowned Year 12/13 Champion at the English Schools Fell Running Championships, he helped lead Giggleswick to victory as Overall Team Winners — a first-rate national achievement that highlights the school’s deep-rooted culture of outdoor sport and adventure.

Jack also represented Great Britain at the World Mountain and Trail Running Championships in Canfranc, Spain, where he finished an outstanding 6th in the world in the U20 Classic Up-and-Down race, helping Team GB secure a Team Silver Medal.

Director of Sport, Ed Buck, added:

“For one boarding house to have two Great Britain Champions is truly exceptional. Frasier and Jack embody the Giggleswick spirit of courage and commitment. Their achievements on the national and international stage make us immensely proud and demonstrate what is possible when talent meets dedication.”
