Mountain Bike Race on the Singletrack

Pupils from across the school took to the singletrack for an exciting mountain bike race, going head-to-head in a competitive test of skill, stamina and determination.

As part of the CASE programme, pupils have recently been involved in building and developing sections of the track themselves, making the race even more meaningful as they rode a course they had helped to create.

Riders completed three laps of the professional-standard trail, setting off at one-minute intervals as they pushed to achieve their fastest times. The course featured a mix of technical turns and fast-flowing sections, showcasing both the challenge of the terrain and the impressive ongoing development of the facility on campus.

The event highlighted not only sporting ability but also teamwork, perseverance and pride in the environment pupils have helped to shape.
