Our pupils recently took part in the Rotary Technology Tournament 2026, a well-regarded STEM competition where pupils design, build, and test engineering solutions under timed conditions. Our teams performed strongly across all age groups, demonstrating creativity, resilience, and effective teamwork, alongside a clear understanding of the design process.

Developing Skills Through STEM

Taking part in the Rotary Technology Tournament provides students with valuable opportunities to apply their learning in a real-world context. Experiences like this help develop key skills in engineering, design thinking, and teamwork, supporting students as they progress through school and beyond.

These results reflect the commitment and enthusiasm of Giggleswick pupils across all year groups, as well as the school’s continued focus on high-quality STEM education.
