UKMT Pink Kangaroo Success

We are delighted to celebrate the success of two of our pupils in the UKMT Pink Kangaroo competition, one of the UK’s most challenging mathematics events.

Libby achieved a Silver Award, while Ed was awarded Bronze, following their outstanding performance in the UK Mathematics Trust Intermediate Maths Challenge, which is open only to the highest scoring students nationally.

The Pink Kangaroo is a prestigious follow-on round that focuses on creative problem-solving, logical reasoning and tackling complex, non-routine mathematical problems. It provides an excellent opportunity for pupils to stretch their thinking beyond the classroom curriculum.
