Commonwealth medallist coaches young decathletes

A fantastic time was had on our first Easter Athletics Camp which finished yesterday after three fun days. Those that attended the camp covered the fundamental aspects of running, jumping and throwing, alongside a more detailed analysis of core strength, balance and coordination.
The camp was led by GB triathlete Alastair Scholey and Commonwealth Games decathlon medallist Jamie Quarry. Jamie, who won a bronze at the 2002 games in Manchester and was an ambassador for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, said "It was great to see so many happy faces enjoying their athletics with all making significant improvements across a number of disciplines."
