OG Day 2017

Monday 21 Aug 2017

What an OG Day!

Glorious sunshine welcomed over 250 OGs and their guests back to the school on Saturday for the annual reunion of Giggleswickians' old and young. This year, the focus was on alumni who had left the school 10, 20, 30 & 40 years ago and it was wonderful to see so many old friends catching up on life after Giggleswick and enjoying memories of their time at school. It was a pleasure to see such a good number of new faces too with some making their first visit back to school after 30 years.

The afternoon was full of family activities, including cricket, clay pigeon shooting, tennis, cycling, bouncy castles and face painting, all topped off by a delicious afternoon tea in the glorious sunshine on Top Pitch. What better way to end a perfect day.

Thank you to everyone attending from across the globe, it was an absolute pleasure to see you all back at Giggleswick.
