The residential weekend will comprise inspirational speakers, technical advice, practical workshops on a range of skills plus guided runs, bringing together specialists with technical knowledge, skills and expertise alongside race providers and bespoke coaches.

Damian Hall
An Outdoor Journalist and esteemed Ultra runner, Damian secured 5th place in the UTMB this year, and had a film, ‘The Underdog’ made of his exploits to come in the top 10 finishers.
Rebecca Dent
Part based in Chamonix working with the British Ski Academy, Rebecca became a performance nutritionist at the high performance epicentre Sport Scotland Institute of Sport (SIS) and with national and Olympic athletes (GB curling team and winter athletes, Scottish swimmers, wrestlers and weight lifters).
Sarah Rowell
Dr Sarah Rowell, a former UK marathon record holder and Olympian has more recently worked with the governing body as chair of the UKA Mountain Running Advisory Group, as well as sitting on the European Athletics Mountain Running Commission.
Wendy Dodds
Wendy was one of the first women to take part in long distance fell races and is still competing in her 60s. As a sports injury specialist, she also travelled with several British Olympic and World Championships athletics squads.

Julia Tragaskis-Allen
As a co-founders and Director of ‘Tracks and Trails’ her mission is quite simply to provide adventures for those who wish to enjoy the mountains in whatever form and by whatever means, be it, running, walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing or biking.
The Venue
Giggleswick School provides a most suitable venue, centrally located within the North of England, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dale's National Park and a stone's throw from the infamous 3 Peaks.
The campus boasts excellent facilities including a modern theatre with big screen for talks: accommodation for 200+; a superb canteen and grounds that include a purpose built mountain bike track, orienteering course, indoor pool, indoor climbing wall and modern gym.
