Our school, for children aged 4 to 11, is a very special place. We believe the early years of education should feel personal, nurturing and full of possibility. With subject specialists teaching from Reception, we get to know each pupil deeply - recognising their strengths early, guiding them with care, and stretching their curiosity from the very beginning.

At Giggleswick Prep School we aim to inspire children, as well nurture and develop their talents from the youngest age. Our curriculum is very broad and offers pupils from Reception class up to Year 6 the opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge through the passion and expertise of specialist staff and facilities, making the most of our close ties to our Senior School.

Learning That Grows With Them

Our broad curriculum goes beyond the National Curriculum, offering Sport, Outdoor Education, Computing, Music, Drama and two languages. With science labs, art studios, and regular access to senior school spaces like the pool and Richard Whiteley Theatre, even our youngest pupils gain confidence in specialist classrooms, preparing them for a smooth move to Giggleswick Senior School.
