Mill House and Reception Nativity
Ben Harris
As you enter the beautiful Memorial Library, you hear the faint hustle of parents’ voices from up the stone stairs, chatting over mince pies and hot chocolate, all eagerly awaiting the arrival of their talented little ones. It’s that special tie of the year again…the Mill House and Reception Christmas Nativity, and this year sees the first year where we have two-year olds here to join us!

The hall was filled with beautiful singing, and lines spoken loudly and confidently, as the children thoroughly enjoyed telling the story of the adventures of the Three Kings as they travel to see the special baby.

With not a dry eye in the room, it must be said that both the children and audience had a wonderful time, one that will stay with them for many years to come. For the practitioners, it has been a privilege to see how a production can enhance the curriculum experiences of the children and see many find their voices in a different context. We are all very proud of our cast of 2019!
