Outdoor learning
Ben Harris

Children have been enjoying the weather and we have been taking our learning outside as much as possible. Number in the paddock, phonics with the parachute and a re-think of our outdoor areas.

It was wonderful to have so many of our male role models at our Father’s Day stay and play last week! There was no holding back, from gloop and rock painting, to hand massages and biscuit decorating, they all got stuck in. Thank you to those family members who put on their ‘Dad’ hats for day to represent those who couldn’t make it.

The children have enjoyed time to think this week, step back, and look at the progress that they have made during their time here. We have been thinking about what makes us special, whilst enjoying some time under the trees in dappled shade.
